Yoga is a great way to stretch our muscles and even get a low-impact workout. But it is so much more. Yoga is a way to connect to the inner self, to check in, release tension, and quiet the mind. In fact, the yoga sutra 1.2, "Yoga chitta vrtti nirodhah," means Yoga is the cessation of fluctuations of the mind.

My yoga practice has helped me through some stressful times, as well as made me a better tarot reader. By practicing some breathing exercises, quick meditations, or even a full yoga session before a reading, I find I can access my intuition more clearly afterward.
